My family and I have been coming to Grimaldi's for many years, and it has always been our favorite pizza place. We've never had any issues dining in, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I called to place an order for two basic pizzas and was told the wait time would be about 30 minutes. That wasn't a problem at all. When I arrived to pick up my order, I was informed that only one pizza was ready and the second one was still pending. I said, "No problem," and waited patiently. As time went by, I realized I had been waiting for almost an hour. While standing near the to-go pickup area, I noticed another customer's order consisting of four pizza boxes. I looked at the receipt attached to the boxes and saw their order had been placed at 1:12 p.m. My order had been placed at 1:04 p.m., and it was only for two basic pizzas. At that point, I realized something wasn't right. I completely understand that larger orders can take time, but it was confusing to see a four-pizza order placed after mine completed before my two-pizza order. Everything was great! The food was delicious, especially the pizza. The service was good, and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. I would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

I’m giving this place 3 stars because although the service was good, the quality of the pizza is not the same anymore. We ordered the serrano ham and arugula pizza, and honestly it was disappointing. They barely put any ham on it, and the flavor was very bland, almost tasteless. On top of that, the pizza made us feel sick afterward. Another uncomfortable detail was that water was dripping from the air conditioning onto our table during the meal. I also asked for a small side of their traditional sauce just to try it, and they charged me for it, which felt excessive for such a tiny portion. I used to recommend this place, but after this experience, I can’t recommend it anymore.

That brick oven pizza was incredible! I’ve been craving a meal like this for a long time, and it absolutely hit the spot. Even the appetizers were stellar. A truly fantastic experience from start to finish! Staff was really amazing and it helped to enjoy the perfect meal.

I came here with my girlfriend and had a great time. Pizza was pretty great, service was great and the servers were nice and understanding, atmosphere was nice too. The drinks were good, but not as strong as expected, the pizza was hot and fresh, but the wait for my girlfriend's pizza did take a hot minute, and the atmosphere was pretty nice but very busy and packed. I enjoyed my visit here and would come back again. Great place to celebrate and eat pizza! Only critiques would be wait and my pizza (I ordered the Don) had some burns on the bottom of the crust. Otherwise, Amazing experience!
